1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (.toxo files), we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the file has been downloaded.
Since digital products cannot be "returned" like physical items, and the content is immediately accessible upon download, all sales are considered final transactions.
2. Limited Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in the following extremely limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made in error (before download)
- Payment processing errors (before download)
- Technical issues preventing download access
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before any download attempts.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and payment details
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will process the refund to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Your access to the purchased content will be revoked
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Any downloaded .toxo files
- Products accessed after purchase
- Services already utilized or consumed
- Custom development or consulting services
- Third-party integrations or external services
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the specific circumstances. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
9. Currency and Fees
Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
