Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (.toxo files), we do not allow cancellations once the purchase is completed.

Since digital products are immediately accessible upon payment, and the content cannot be "returned" like physical items, all purchases are considered final transactions.

2. Service Cancellation

For ongoing services or subscriptions (if any), you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, effective next billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancel within 30 days for full refund
  • Custom services: Cancellation terms as specified in service agreement

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your order or service:

  1. Email us at mohit@toxotune.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. We will process your request within 24 hours
  4. You will receive confirmation of cancellation

4. Cancellation Fees

No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge cancellation fees for most services.

Processing Fees: Any payment processing fees charged by Razorpay or your bank are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.

5. Refund After Cancellation

Upon successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe:

  • Full refund to original payment method (minus processing fees)
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Access to purchased content will be revoked immediately
  • Email confirmation of refund processing

6. Non-Cancellable Items

All digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is processed:

  • Any .toxo file downloads
  • Digital content access
  • Download links or access codes
  • Custom development work already started
  • Consulting services already delivered
  • Third-party integrations or external services

7. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel orders or services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Technical failures or system outages
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions
  • Force majeure events
  • Fraudulent payment attempts

8. Account Termination

We may terminate your account and cancel all services if you violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our cancellation decision, you may:

  • Request escalation to management
